ordered to pay

this person was ordered to pay me 250.00 within thirty days. he is five days overdue. what con i do??

It matters what he was ordered to pay you for. For some things, you can drag him in frnt of the judge for a contempt hearing. For other things, you must execute it like a judgment by having the sheriff go out to take prperty. Give me the details and I'll give you an answer. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
