Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
personal protection orders
A friend of mine recently went through a messy breakup with her boyfriend. Now he has filed for a personal protection order against her. He is only doing this because he knows that a ppo in her background check may prevent her from finding employment. She is a professional nanny. There has been no history of violence, of police intervention between them. What can she do to fight this?

she has a right to fight a PPO either issued or pending. I would be happy to assist her in this matter. Visit me at www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
