Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
I'm president of a golf league with people from work. 40 members. I have a checking account set up in my name. People write checks payable to that account and then I write a check from that account to pay the golf course. Is there any way my own personal assets could be liable if something goes wrong on a golf night with one of the league members?

Yes. I see problems with this setup. You shouldn't be handling the funds personally either (could be accused of misuse).
