Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

What would be a reasonable settlement for a dog bite to the face? I was bit in the face had a substantial laceration to my lip, it was ripped open from the bottom of my nostril and had to be completely pulled back together and sewn closed, also had several puncture wounds and the dog bit so hard it slightly fractured my nose,there is still a lump on the side of my nose. The scarring on my lip has healed very well and is not easily visiable do to a very good emergency room doctor. I have been offered 16 thousand but after atorney fees i would get a little over 9 thousand. Is this a fair offer?
