Who is responsible?

A defective wheel was purchased by Buick from a manufacuter. It was then put on a car and given to a dealership. someone bought the car and became injured. Is buick liable for the injuries?

Manufacturers are responsible for their defective products which cause injuries. An injured party should sue the manufacturer.
