Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

settlement

there was a reached settlement between my attorney and the oppossing attorney. i did not agree with the settlement but felt i basically had no choice in the matter. i have not signed any legal papers to put this settlement on the record. do i have to settle even though i am not wanting to for the amount offered?

If you have not signed anything or put anything on the record, you don't have to settle.
