Storeowner's responsibilities
If a non-employee decides to enter an area of a store that states ''Restricted Area-Employees Only!'' AND she does not listen to a store employee's request to leave the storage room, what responsibilities does the store still have regarding her safety (if any.)? What are the store's obligations?

Re: Storeowner's responsibilities
The customer at that point is a trespasser. The store has the duty not to intentionally injure the trespassing customer. There would be no duty to warn of hidden dangers, etc. William S. Stern
