Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

i want to sue

back in 1998 i was shot by this guy and i want a lawsuit against him a.s.a.p! i need info on how i can do this.

Why have you waited all these years. If he gets a lawyer and responds, the first thing the lawyer will do is to move to dismiss the case because the statute of limitations has expired. William S. Stern
