Vehicle insurance resposibility

My 21 year old daughter is insured through my insurance policy. I transfered the car into her name. In the event of a accident that exceeds the limits of the policy can I be sued for the amount not covered?

You have nothing to worry about. You cannot be sued if she is driving and the car is in her name. the fact that you are on the same policy means nothing. William S. Stern
