Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Warrant never served

I am told I have an outstanding

warrant. I was never served it. Now ,

almost two years later, I am told it

effects my social security. I may lose

it all. I was innocent. Ho w long after

a warrant is served, is a'' violent

felony offendor'' supposed to be

arrested.

Depends. If you have an outstanding warrant, deal with it, rather than waiting for a nasty surprise.
