Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

A woman hit me and totaled out my truck, I have around $6000 worth of extras and the truck is mint. I want to save it. Can I take her to court or tell my insurance I want it fixed. I have full coverage but its just not going to pay what I need for a new one. What can I do?
