Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I work as a valet and a guest hit me with her car while I was standing on the company premises. Should I sue the guest or should my company pay workers comp.?

Certainly both. Comp covers your medical bills and so does first party auto insurance. The driver is also responsible for pain and suffering and other non-economic damages as long as your injury meets the threshold here in Michigan.
