Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
2 executors - 1 lawyer representing 1 party
There are 2 executors of a will. 1 has a lawyer and he is only representing her interest. She is taking over everything and making accusations and trying to force the other party to give up things that were given to them before their mother died. Does she have a legal right to do that and what sort of recourse should the other involved parties take? And does the lawyer have the right to represent just 1 party if theyre both named as executors?
