Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

3 way homeowners

Me and 2 of my siblings have inherited the family home. We plan on putting it up for sale and splitting the money. The problem is, is that one of the owners still lives in the home, and we'd (the other two owners) would like to evict him so we can sell the home. This 3rd owner is 19 yrs old and doesn't clean up after himself, has parties, etc. Is it legally possible to evict an owner so we can sell the property.
