Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

did not add 2 adult children to quitclaim deed

Can they dispute in any way. I am a widow. Home value & property

is $300,000. excludes contents. I only added 1 and did not tell other 2. They found out recently.

If they think you were subject to undue influence and not in your right mind, they might try to argue the one kid coerced you into doing it. otherwise, I don't think there is anything that they can do about it if that was what you intended to do.
