Re: Add Husband to Deed
Merely prepare a quit claim deed transferring the house from yourself to yourself and your husband jointly with rights of survivorship.

Re: Add Husband to Deed
Contact a local attorney to assist you. Typically, an attorney would charge between $80 to $100 to draft a quit claim deed to add your husband. You must file the quit claim deed with the county's register of deeds office and the filing fee is typically $14 for the first page and $3 for any additional pages.
