adding a name on title/deed
If I put my boyfriends name on my
title/deed can he take it from me? He
claims this will help his credit
worthiness. Thanks.

Yes, and I'm assuming you mean the deed to a house, he can take at least 1/2 from you. Furthermore, he can use the deed as security for a loan and encumber the property, which could ultimately lead to it being taken from you.
