If your father's estate is already in probate, then you can go to the probate court of the county in which your father kept his residence, look up the case, and the attorney should be designated on some of the pleadings in the case file. In the likely event your father's case is not yet being probated, you can demand this information from the person whom you know is your father's trustee or personal representative; you should do this in writing so you will have a record. If you don't know who is acting as a your father's trustee or personal representative, it is critical that you find out and then proceed as indicated. You may still need to push for the information after all this, but this gets you started.
