Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I bank with 5/3 bank. I went to a Key Bank to use their ATM. The ATM ate my card for no valid reason. there was no disclosure posted they would do this. I talked to the bartender at the restaurant, and she said they have done this to a number of people. Is this legal to steal someone personal belongings?

The card technically belongs to your bank and secondly, how can a machine "steal" something? I would speak to the offending bank manager and get a new card. Good luck. www.kliszlaw.com
