Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
i just bought a home that passed inspections by fha and the city but upon moving in we found the roof leaks and the bathroom you could literly fall through the floor and the outside shower wall is so rotted you can put your hand through it. should either inspector have noted this or am i screwed

You may have a case against the seller of the house. The defects you describe are the type an inspector might miss but the seller would likely know of from living in the house. Unless the seller was exempt, the seller had to fill out a Seller's Disclosure Statement. Review of that Statement may reveal a misrepresentation.
I'm not commenting on the inspectors without knowing more.
