Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I bought a house for 27,000 cash from a settlement for a car accident as a child. At the last minute me and my baby daughter got sick so I let father of my child sign the papers with intentions on him putting house back in my name weeks later. Now after he has blackmailed me for years he kicked me out of the home, and will not give me my title to my house back. Any advice on what to do? I have a lawyer and pending case I have ALL the proof I bought the house since it was from a settlement and he did'nt ever have a job the entire time we lived in the property. I've also payed all the taxes for past 3 years. What can I do?
