Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

My brother just died recently. My Aunt had his name as the beneficiary on her Condominium. Now that he is gone, she wants to put my name on it.....He had no other siblings, no wife, or partner or children of his own....Will she be able to get forms to do this thru the mail or will I have to take her to a lawyer's office to change it...Thanks!
