Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Buyers had house inspected and asked us to get 8 points fixed which I agreed to. The buyer then sent a disatifaction notice and cancelled sale. This was more than 10 days after the contract was signed however the buyers realtor is claiming that the 10 days starts again from when the email was sent explaining which items needed repair. They are stating that the EMD does not have to be given to me. When I look at the release that they are asking me to sign it states that the realtor will get 3500 and I will get 1500 and buyer gets none. So is this rolling 10 day clause real ?

You would have to carefully read the contract. It sounds like you are getting the earnest money, so it is a breach. I don't understand why the split is unequal though.
