buying a home

does the seller have to disclose a toxic waste dump (that has been closed for 10 years) within 1 mile of the property? It is now causing cancer in neighbors and wild and domestic animals and severe levels of arsenic in the water. We purchased our home 2 yrs ago and knew nothing of it.

No, the seller would not have to disclose this. However, there could be a much bigger class action against the dump.
