Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

We sent our car in for service at a career training center while test driving the car they totaled it out i have witnesses that tell me they were just goofing around on the test drive and the accident was their fault would i have a case against them for the replacement of the vehicle as it was or just the bluebook value there were many upgrades to this car
