Car Title

I have a MI title to a car that I filed bankrubsy on over 3 years ago. The bank never came and got this car that is worth nothing but scrap. There is a lein is still on the title i have in my possesion. Can I scrap this car without a title?

You cannot scrap the car until the title is cleared up. Contact the bank and ask them to sign off on the title so that you can scrap the car.
