Commercial land contract
I own a Commercial property in Michigan. Under my land contract agreement I have a grant and lease of easement to the City for parking. Under this agreement who is responsible for maintainace and improvement of property?

Without looking at your agreement, it is impossible to say. Generally, no improvements would be allowed and maintenance would be the easement holder's responsibility. If the city is using the property for parking, it makes sense that the city should pay to maintain the parking lot.
