Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
Condominium Assoc, LLC
I belong to a Condo Association, however it is not condo's, but single family cottages. My question is: If your lot is now flooding due to the assoc putting in asphalt roads, which were once dirt, and selling off three lots that it owned and they are on higher ground and were not leveled and now all the water runs down onto your property, if it would be up to the association to do something about the flooding of the lot or is it your responsibility?

You need to look at your condo bylaws and declarations and any amendments thereto for a start.
