Getting my name off the deed for a house

My husband and I are about to get a divorce and while my name is not on the mortgage for the home, my name is on the deed. How do I get this removed?

Regardless of divorce, in order to take a name off a deed, the grantor needs to grant the property from herself to whomever.

Typically one would execute a quit claim deed from themselves to the other party.
