Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

deed restrictions

I would like to add some deed restrictions to my

property in Michigan. I think I need to simply submit

them to the Record of Deeds at the county courthouse,

but I can't seem to find a blank form or template to use

for the restrictions. I've tried all the on-line legal form

sites with no luck. Thank you,

I do not know what you mean by "deed restrictions" or what kind of restrictions you are contemplating. You should find out if the restrictions you are proposing are legal and/or enforceable. I advise you to consult with an attorney before recording a deed with restrictions with the Register of Deeds.
