What are the dirty tricks that morgage companies use to forclose on your property, when you miss a couple of payments. what can a person do to keep forclosure from happening.

Always pay your mortgage payment on time, and keep good records and receipts. The mortgage companies do not generally foreclose on properties that are current in the payments, dirty tricks or not.
