Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Need some explanations of the Real Estate Home Sales Contract

We are selling our house to our friends, so we don't feel we need to go through a Realtor. We downloaded a ''Sales Contract,'' however we don't fully understand what all the clauses mean. Can you direct us to where we can get some clear explanations of the terminology.

And could you recommend how to find someone who could process the paperwork for us to make sure we have everything we need?
