Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
My father had a home in Michigan, which was inherited by myself and my brother upon his death, per instructions on a Quit Claim Deed. (I live in Indiana). We would like to sell our share of the property to the brother. What paperwork or process would we need to complete in order to transfer our stake in the property to the other current owner? Thanks for your help.

A new deed could complete the process. Its pretty simple and I could do it for you for $250 plus recording fees. Contact me to discuss further.
