Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

my father and i both have our names on a house deed that i and my two minor children now reside in. and he wants to evict myself and my two children within the next three days, what can i do to keep this from happening?

If you are on the deed, he can do nothing. Call the police for assistance if he tries to do anything foolish. You cannot evict a co owner, period.
