Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

i need to find a legal desctipion of our business' property. We currently rent the facility, and in order for our business to grow... we must have the property 'rezoned'. The application for rezoning askes for a legal description of the property... is there a way i can get my descripion for free?
