Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

About to be foreclosed on question.

Our home is about to be foreclosed on and I have two questions.

Is there a good chance that the mortgage company would go after me for any balance they might not get after they sell?

And, we have a second on our house for about $8000, would they come after us for that amount??
