Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan
I am in foreclosure and I have since found out my ex claimed banruptsy I am now being told that the mortage company is in the process of filing a suit against me for a second mortage we (my ex) had inorder to recoup the loss what options do I have available--I do not have the money to prevent to foreclosure
