Not sure of the scope of the question so let me answer as best I can. After the foreclosure sale there is in most cases a 6 month "right of redemption" period in which you may remain in your home. At the end of that time your lender will file action to have a sheriff evict you. Once you are notified of the eviction, you may have only 24 hours to move out, at which time your remaining items will be moved out of the home.
