Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Home and property was quit claimed to me because owner could not pay back taxes was in jeopardy of losing it, now 1 1/2 yrs later his family is suing me for fraud and also suing my mortgage company, quit claim was signed, notorized and recorded what recorse does his family have.
