house prolbem
i was buying a house from some people thay where buying it from someone else well they where not paying to the other person and it got forclosed on. now the other person whom owned it solded it on us. what can i do? there is more to this but trying to keep it short.

If you are a bona fide purchasor for value, (depends on the title work) then you may be able to keep the house. Otherwise you can sue for fraud.
