Mr. Klisz advice is partially wrong. If you have a lease, you are still obligated on the lease. Furthermore, the house could be redeemed and therefore not finally foreclosed upon. There is a six month right of redemption in which your landlord could redeem the property, which also means you have six months minimum from when the house was sold at auction.
