Prepare to move out. The bank will eventually take over the home if it is not redeemed by the landlord. You will be evicted at some point in time as banks can void leases. You may or may not be able to void your lease now. It will depend on your Judge and Court. Good luck. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz

Mr. Klisz advice is partially wrong. If you have a lease, you are still obligated on the lease. Furthermore, the house could be redeemed and therefore not finally foreclosed upon. There is a six month right of redemption in which your landlord could redeem the property, which also means you have six months minimum from when the house was sold at auction.
