House stained by power sprayer

Is there a way to contact neighbor to either remove stain, repair or replace vinyl siding stained by power sprayer before going to a court level? If not, what would be my next step, if any? I feel that I should not have to go through my homeowners' insurance when she is the one that caused the ''defacing''. Thank you for your time.

You can call your neighbor or stop by your neighbor's house to discuss the matter with her. If your neighbor does not cooperate, the next step would be a lawsuit.
