Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

A huge mistake in our mortgage survey has caused financial and physical damages to me.

A surveyor of 30 yrs. told me he has never seen an error as big. Any bases to litigate Liberty Title / the survey co. for something like this. The property was never what we thought we bought or as represented at closing.
