I inherited my parents house. im a lesbian and i put my partners name on the house. we are no longer together what rites does she hav to the house?

This depends on how you "put" her name on your property. If you signed a deed, she has an interest, IF the deed was valid, delivered, and accepted. Her rights may transfer to you upon her death, or you could find yourself owning the house together with her heirs.
