Inherited Property
My siblings and I inherited property and now need to create a new legal document of ownership. Is there a way to keep the property only in the family line and transfered down only to the children never to be owned by spouses? All of us are currently married.

Yes, title could be held in trust and the beneficiaries could be family only. Also, if you want to keep it among just you and your siblings, it could be titled as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
