Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I am in a land contract with a lady who is up there in age, and my question is when the lady passes who would I pay my payment to? I truly do not see her being around for the next eight years. where I make my payment is into this ladies savings account

I'm sure the family will tell you. The bigger question is whether a deed was prepared and signed by her. If not, you'll have to head to probate to get your house once paid off.
