lease agreement

I own a party supply store and have an LLC, if the landlord evicts me due to late rent am I liable for the remainder of the lease?

It depends on the lease that was signed. If the lease is only in the LLC's name then the LLC is liable for the remainder of the rent. The landlord has a duty to make a good faith effort to mitigate your damages and try to re-rent the property.
