Liability
If a tree is on or near the property line, who is responsible for branches that might come down on the other side of the property line.

If a tree is on or near the boundary and it's branches are encroaching onto the adjacent property, the adjacent property owner has the right to trim the branches, so long as the trimming does not harm/kill the tree. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
