Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I live in Michigan. Recently my my passed and we (4 children) are taking care of my dad (90 years old). If he passes they have a will to leave the house to us. My question is it will go to probate cause its a will and not a living trust. If it does go to probate how long will it take and how much will they take? The house is worth about 80 thousand.

Yes, if its in a will it will go through probate. About $3000 in fees and takes 6 months. A lady bird deed would be far superior. Contact me to discuss.
