We made offer on land contract house in Michigan offer excepted pending inspection. Inspection reveiled problems 4000.00 repair cost asked to lower price. 5people to split profit one wonts toback out of land contract option is this legal??what reprocussions do I have if they try ?? I put down1000.00deposit
